How does the Daydreamer Fund work?
Every time you buy a T-shirt from Daydreamer Merch, your purchase supports two things:
A portion goes directly to the charity you select at checkout.
Another portion goes into the Daydreamer Fund—a community pot that grows with every
order.
When the Fund reaches its target, we randomly select one customer from all eligible orders in that
cycle to choose which registered UK charity will receive the full Daydreamer Fund donation.

What happens to the money from my purchase?
With every T-shirt you buy:
A set proportion goes straight to the charity you chose.
Another set proportion is added to the Daydreamer Fund.
The remainder helps cover our business costs.

How is the charity for the Daydreamer Fund donation chosen?
When the Fund hits its target, all orders from that cycle are entered into a random selection. The chosen customer can pick any registered UK charity for the Fund donation.

Can I choose the charity I want my T-shirt purchase to support?
Simply select your charity on our website, pick a tee and support your chosen charity.

Are charity donations refundable if I return my order?
No. Once a donation has been made to charity (either your selected charity or through the
Daydreamer Fund), it is non-refundable—even if you return your item. Only the remaining eligible
portion of your order is refundable under our standard returns policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to multiple countries. Please check our shipping page for available regions and shipping
fees.

What sizes do your T-shirts come in?
Our T-shirts come in sizes XS to XL. Check our size guide for measurements to help you find your
fit.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for items that are unused and in original condition.

Daydreamer Fund Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Open to all customers who purchase a product from the Daydreamer Merch website during the
relevant Daydreamer Fund cycle. 

Daydreamer Fund Donation
When the Fund target is reached, all eligible orders from that cycle are entered into a random
selection. The selected customer can choose any registered UK charity to receive the full Fund
donation.

Notification
The selected customer will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, another customer will be selected.

Donation Delivery
The full Daydreamer Fund amount will be donated directly to the chosen UK charity. Proof of donation will be shared on our website or social media.

Fund Cycle
Each Fund cycle begins when the previous donation is made and ends when the new target is reached.

Data Protection
By placing an order, you agree to our privacy policy and the use of your information for
administration of the Daydreamer Fund. We do not share your details except as required for fund administration or legal compliance.

General Terms
Daydreamer Merch reserves the right to change, pause, or end the Daydreamer Fund at any time. In the event of a dispute, our decision is final.

Compliance with Laws
The Daydreamer Fund is subject to all relevant local laws and regulations.
